Interview with Kyle Lambert
Are you planning to write any book or create any DVD to share your tips and tricks?
I would certainly like to, I think I have a lot of good experience and techniques to share. But before I speak as an ‘expert’ I would like to further establish myself as an artist and gain more real-life experience as an artist.
Please tell us about your hobbies and average daily day?
I am lucky because I love what I do. It is great that I now get paid for something I used to do for fun. My average day usually begins with a long period working on my current project. This is typically followed by some kind of exercise such as running, cycling or a game of football and then finally I wind down at the end of the day and watch a movie at home or at the cinema with friends.
What advice you like to give the upcoming artists?
Work hard, practice as often as you can, become obsessed with what you do (in a good way) and never forget why you decided to become an artist.
Anything you like to add? It is your chance now to state your opinion about anything!
A few things.. I think people should learn to use the indicators on their cars correctly. This would improve the quality of life for many people across the world. I wish directors of high budget special effect driven movies would focus a bit more on the stories they are telling and less on the budgets. This would make my visits to the cinema more enjoyable.
