Created and written by Executive Producer Billy Dickson, Director/DP on “Ally McBeal” and “One Tree Hill” and two-time Emmy nominee for “Outstanding Cinematography for a Single Camera Series” for “Ally McBeal,” and co-creator/co-director Chad Cooperman, head of production company Moving Parts, “IQ-145” is set in the near future of Chicago and deals with a secret organization whose assignment is to protect geniuses whose inventions are being stolen and exploited by corporate and government parties for nefarious purposes.
