Animation is the flavor of the season! There is a surge of animated films with a mythological angle that released this year: My Friend Ganesha 3, Bal Hanuman 2, Lava Kusa, and now, Ramayana - The Epic.

Released by Warner Bros and animation executed by Bollywood's leading filmmaker Ketan Mehta's Maya Digital Media, Ramayana - The epic is directed by debutant Chetan Desai who is known for his contribution in 3D animation, internationally.

Made in 3D, Ramayana - The Epic depicts the epic battle between the forces of good and evil with an amazing demonstration of heroism, and super powers. Produced by Deepa Sahi and Niraj Bukhanwala, the animated film has a star cast of Juhi Chawla, Manoj Bajpayee and Ashutosh Rana who lent their voices for the movie.
