You need to work on the textures and model, those are looking really bad. Fix the camera angle, from that point of view in previous image looks headlights in sides as ashras said.

i want the bike metal surface to look normal.... can u suggest which type of material and maps should i use????

You need a environment (HDRI) for reflection. And as said before work on the model too. Check out the references for knowing how much reflection bikes have.

creative means something more than text. you need a logo not the name of your company written somehow. usualy a logo has just a few colours, geometric shape...something that will stick to the peoples minds. doesnt have to be 3d.

u can tell whats your skill regarding modeling from watching this thread. do u have any reference images for this bike. its main flaw is that it lacks details. like brakes, wires, exhaust and the smoothing doesn't look so good either - look at the rear section -. can i ask how did u get a contract with these guys and when should it be done ?!
