hi guys... i have a bone size problem here... i made a chain of three bones and made an end bone into it. When i rotated the second bone in the chain, then its size and its children's size changed..it got longer... i just wanna make the bones size stay firm and not changing by rotating it.... any help about this guys?

done that but it didn't work... well, i've found a rigging tutorial that told me not to randomly scale the bone cause it would effect to the bone size's instability when it rotated... so far the problem was solved
