I have been trying to figure out how to bake textures for multiple uv tiles in Maya but I've had no success, was hoping someone could help me out.
Below is just a random picture I found on google just as an example.
Let's say I want to bake AO for this object. What I currently do is use the mental ray batch bake and manually set the uv range for each tile and bake one at a time.
I would like to know if it's possible to some how tell maya to bake the AO for all the tiles as a separate file, similar to how in mudbox when you bake AO, it automatically bakes it for all the tiles.
The reason I am asking for some solution is because I have objects with 40+ UV tiles and I need to bake some procedural shaders.
