How do I export my 2.39 aspect ratio animation?

Hey guys, basically I render image sequences out of Maya in 2.39 aspect ratio (film style). I then bring it into After Effects to composite/color correct... Normally, if I were working with HD aspect ratio, I'd use Adobe Dynamic Link to get my comps into Premiere to edit, add audio and export.

The problem is Premiere only lets you create preset sequences... all of which are only in HD or SD (no cinema/film).

How do I get around this? Or what's something else I can use? It's almost impossible to edit sequences and add audio effectively in After Effects. What do pro studios use? Thanks for the help
