Hello!
i know a single tree is not a garden hehe, its already planned to have a lot more plants under the tree and some more in the homes around it, this image is still a wip and i hope i can get my concept clearer in the next days =)
next time i promise i will add a drawing as a concept hehe

see you on the next update!

Hello! here is the latest update:

Image

i added more "plants" but the meaning i want to give to this image is that something really extraordinary is happening in a very ordinary place, there are still details to finish but i think the concept is clearer now =)

rainrunner: i was thinking about what you mentioned about the tree in the middle of the image, but it would break the image in two sides making the image harder to read hehe

there are some details that look a little confusing now, but i hope that with the high res render it will be clearer..

well, good luck!!

Hello, here is the latest update:

Image

this thing is quite close to the end, i just have to add the sidewalks, and add a few more things here and there.

i am not sure about how far we can go into the editing in photoshop, in this image i added an ambient occlusion layer, and i sharpened the image and the glow in the tree is made in photosop. i hope i am still within the limits of the challenge =)

and, i am not sure, but when i watch this image in the morning (there is a lot of light in my room) i can barely see anything, but at night it looks a little too light, it would be good if you let me know if you can see the details or not =)

well, good luck with your entries, we are on the final steps to get this thing done!!

Yes, you are inside the challenge limits.

I am able to see the details... but i think little bit more light will be much better for all the LCD/CRT monitors. Because on my LCD monitor i am able to view the details but on CRT not much details i am able to see.

Personally I think the light amount is just fine. The emphasis is really on the tree, but once you relax your eye a little and look more closely, you can see all sorts of great details! Oh and I'd love to see a close-up render of that car is you have one, it looks great!
