here is the bishop before the head assembly, I have modeled the hands and bit repositioned the bible...Next I will attach the head and change the texture a bit

I think u can make the lining on the inside of the sleeve a different color than the outside but than again maybe it wont show in the final image

I like the fact that u are doeing alot of ior detailing in ior texture, that is a good expresion on him, maybe make the red in the cap a little darker or i u have the rime u can play with the shader to give it a velvet look??

yes i believe ashras is right. in comparison with he neck opening of the cape for example.

The hands should be almost as big as his head. The palm should be at the chin, and the middle finger reaches to the forehead just above the brows.

I still think hands are too small and thin. Lets see what other members think about this?

hi I think is not the size of the hand the problem.... if you have a book in your hand, witch is so heavy because is big , you must have a flexion in wrist...
I think if you want to have a pose more real.... you have to put more weight on the forearm.
