Cinema 4d Explosion intro help

Hi i was making a explosion intro on cinema 4d by kinda following someones tutorial but then i ran into an issue. Im trying to do the explosion effect he makes but when he transfers to Adobe After effects i get very confused at 14:26 in the video when you go into AES CS5 , what exactly are do you load onto the track after u have done the Picture Viewer ? im very confused here can u please help ? Thanks
