3D Challenge Details

Some of them are facing this problem and npower team is searching what's the reason of this problem. So post these details...

it's obvious that this challenge I cannot particepate at,cuz I have lost a lot of precious time..but meanwhile I am working at some project in only 3dmax EDIT.Poly..to a new Future Bike...
too bad I couldn't make it with Pnurbs

sorry guys, you not able to install the plugin....

But new 3d challenge is going to start from 29th June... themed toon, so you can participate in that. there is no software or plugin limitation.

hi...

i installed 3dsmax 8 ... plus i had an older version of power nurbs .. v1.62 ..

well .. i installed it .. n it worked ...

is it ok if i use this version for the challenge? ...

please let me know about this ....

Hello everyone,

We are closer to tracking down the installer .rra bug. We are working with the team at install shield to get to the bottom of the issue so stay tuned. I'll see if we can get the challenge extended so all of you can get the opportunity to enter.

hi people ...

i somehow managed to get the files intact for 3dsmax 9 .. sp2 .. 32bit
try this .. i think it should work .. it did for me ..

what i did was .. at my workplace i installed the software on one pc
(it worked fine)

i then copied all the files in their respective folders .. brought them to my place n pasted them back into the folders they were residing in ..
it worked ..

in other words ... have a look at the installation video at npower software .. carefully check the location of the files and folders ...

try installing the software on your friend's pc, search and copy the files as they are ... paste them back into your pc ...

I already have done it..but no good!
I think is my 3dmax that has some problems,because it is not the first plugin that is not working!

We would like all of you having problems with the installer or the .rra error to try the newest version. Please let me know if it is resolves your problems.
