Couple of hours of modeling in Blender. And some old elements used.

welcome and what's ur concept? Try to use cgarena attachment module for posting images, that will be better because sometimes images from other hosts don't work.

Well done man:) i really like this character. But, in regard to what ashras pointed out - if you want to move your arm UP, you have to move up the clavicle as well.

Rig is still WIP so it`ll be fixed, don`t worry ;)
Still to do:
asymetrical face mimic
some fixes in pose
rig fixes
volumetric lights fixes
compositing
chair in his left hand :)

That's looking sweet. Nice choice of colours.
It'd be cool if you create some camera-like flashes going off in the back ground.

one suggestion, maybe he can have a foldable chair or some such typical wrestling prop in that hand of his, so it looks like he's really going to bash someone!!! :) :) :)
