Step 5: In this step we drag a Lock/Bond operator into Event 01 and add the same geometry as in the Position Object operator. Check “Lock To Surface”. Optional check “Geometry Save Mode” as well if your geometry is very complex.

Check “Restrict To Surface” and the Dampening to Friction. The values for Friction and Acceleration depend on the size of your geometry so gamble around with the values. Maybe measure your geometry and take this value as a rough guide for your Lock/Bond settings…

Check “For Acceleration” at the No Force In Central Zone and apply a Radius wich is close to the size of your geometry. Again the values depend on your geometry´s size.

Tip:
If you use a very densed and complex geometry duplicate it and aply an “Optimize” modifier to it. Use this optimized geometry in the Position Object and Lock/Bond node and hide it afterwards.

What Lock/Bond do?

Step 6: Now drag a SpaceWarp of your choice into your scene. Depending on the look you want to achieve use either Wind and/or Vortex.

These are my settings and again the values depend on the size of your scene.
