9. Keep extruding, while extruding jump back and forth between Vertex and faces to keep adjusting the side portion


10. Keep going side by side and keep adjusting the vertices on the side portion


11. Now from side view adjust the vertices to match the reference image, like on the image below. Note: if you can't see the reference image activate X-Ray mode, by going on (Shading>> X-Ray).



12. Now your model should look something like on the image below


13. Go for tail extrude and then adjust the vertices.
