19. Start extruding and then adjust the vertices, also adjust the vertices in the front view to match up reference image.
20. Now your model should look something like on the image showing below
21. In the top view add edge in the mid part of model, to add the edge go to (Edit Mesh>> Insert Edge Loop Tool), as you can see in the image below

In the perspective view select the edges where the front wings will locate like on the image below.
Note: this might be confusing for you which edges I am talking about but in the next image you will see from different views
