Step 15: Go to the top view and selected the faces indicating below


Step 16: Again go to extrude face option and do the same settings as below and hit extrude


Now you should see something like this


Step 17: Reset the extrude face option box and hit extrude again and continue 3 more times like the image below


Now your overall model should look something like this
