Step 18: It's time to create the bolts, Create a cylinder with same settings as shown below and make a sphere on the top of the cylinder


Step 19: Select both of them and do combine operation


Step 20: Go to the top view port and then place the bolt where you feel better and then hit (Insert) key from your keyboard to change the pivot point of bolt. Once you hit insert with the X key pressed move the pivot point to Mayas origin



Step 21: Go to the Modify and hit (Freeze Transformations) like the one below


Step 22: In the top view hit CTRL+D to copy the bolts and manually rotate them like the picture below.


Now your overall model should look like the one below
