Step 27: Go to the face mode and then Select the faces on the tire and extrude 3 times and change the width scale


Now this should look something like this...


Step 28: It's time to start working on tire, once again create a pipe then apply the settings as the image showing below


Step 29: Now Go to edge mode and select the 2 indicated edges in the image below then with CTRL right mouse button choose (Edge Loop Utilities)


Then Choose as below
