Step 3: Concentrate on the face, in the same base color layer; try to give base color for skin which is the color lighter than the base color. At this stage I use Conte - Dull conte 15 with low opacity, you can add pink color on his lips or various color that is suitable for his face.

Now time to refine the feature;- Try considering how the light falls even it's a little whether you look into reference or not. I don't use much blenders but to blend it I rather choose using Airbrushes- digital air brush with low opacity.
