I've duplicated each layer once and I've arranged them using the succession and the settings above, where you can observe also the specific type of blend mode I used and the layer's opacity rate I've used.
Next, I’ve combined the image resulted from the combination between key light and skin shader . The result that I’ve wanted to obtain from this combination was an illuminating effect from the right, but not an equal light from up and down but only for the torso and the shank, like the light was split into two spotlights. For illuminating only specific parts of the model, I used a mask layer.

The next step was to add to the background also an illuminating effect. For this, I used Filter>Render>Lightning effect. For applying this effect only to the background, I've duplicated the layer and I added to the first layer a mask layer that I've exported from ZBrush. So, I've succeeded to add to the second layer an illuminating effect, without affecting the model from the layer one.
Next, I've added a very important effect such as “depth of field”. For obtaining this effect I've imported from ZBrush an image containing information’s about the depth of an alpha channel.
