As an example, I might send you a photograph of a dark alley, and ask you to add the work "risk" like this:

Using this image as a baseline, please tell me how you would build this (just the sign, and adding it to the street scene, with shadows and so on) and how much you would charge me. (I wont actually have you do this sign project, but other similar type work).
I'd have 1-2 of these projects per month. I would need ownership to all works created. Want someone who takes paypal. Please contact me!
