Flash Animation to HTML sNproductions

I am in urgent need for HTML coders. The job is to convert current flash animations to HTML 5 code. I need the html code. There are a number of animations i would like to get coded.
The use of google swiffy or Adobe Wallaby is restricted. Even i can do that. There are a lot of restrictions on the above two applications. So i need a very good person who has the knowledge of the latest HTML 5 and knows the conversion techniques.
