a) 3D Modeler
b) Lighting & Shading Artist | | Job Requirements: | As a Modeling Artist
To produce Realistic models, apartments, offices, highly detailed interiors, cars & products etc to a high level of detail and correct to real world detailing. Need to prove architectural construction detailing experience. Experience of 3DS Max, Photoshop , Zbrush or mudbox are essential as no training will be provided
*Must have previous 3d architectural computer generated illustration experience.
*Must be profiecient in 3DS Max, Photoshop and Zbrush or mudbox
As a Lightingt & shading Artist
- Help establish suitable working techniques for the members of your team
- work in conjunction with the production team ( VFX Supervisor, CG supervisor) to establish schedules and technical requirements
- work in partnership with lighters and compositors to ensure shots are delivered to the very highest standard
- develop and manage textures for production pipeline
- produce production 3D models in high and low res format
- manage quality of 3D models and textures for production use
- experience lighting and rendering 3D objects an asset
Requirements include,
- successful completion of a Visual Effects or Computer Animation Program from a recognized Institution
- strong artistic skills
- a traditional arts background with emphasis on photo-realistic character work and environments would be an asset
- experience with Maya texturing methodologies
- working knowledge of multi-pass rendering, lighting, matchmoving and NURBS modeling would be an asset
- experience in zBrush and Mudbox
- photo realistic painter/sculptor experience
- experience in photoshop layout/texture artist
- experience working on commercials/feature films and/or television series required
