• WHY SHOULD I ORDER FROM CGArena.com STORE?

Our pricing policy makes sure that you get the best deals on any product that you order from us. Whether you order from us or some other website you will get the same product, so our price is less doesn’t mean that there is any difference in product.

• HOW DO I ORDER FROM CGArena.com STORE?

Ordering from cgarena.com is very similar to ordering from any other retail site on the Internet. Once you create an account and login using your ID and password (all transactions are under SSL so everything is secure and confidential), add the products you want to buy in your shopping cart by clicking the Button “Add to Cart” and checkout for making the payment. Graphical process shown below.

• WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

Currently, Paypal, Credit Card (Processed by Paypal), Payza aka AlertPay is available. Cash/Cheque Deposit or Bank Transfer is the only payment option available for India.

• DO YOU SHIP TO MY LOCATION? IF YES, HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Mostly products are available as Electronic Delivery, so no shipment is necessary. But if any product required shipment like License Dongle then, we will ship anywhere in the world through Fedex Ground Delivery and shipping is totally free.

• CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I PURCHASED FROM CGArena.com?

Due to the nature of the products, we have NO Refunds policy. So, before buying from the store try the demo/trial version of the product on your system. If during shipment if product is damaged then we will replace the damaged product free of cost.

• CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER THAT I JUST PLACED?

If payment was not completed then you can email us for the cancellation of the order otherwise in absence of payment order will be cancelled automatically after 15 days. If payment is completed then cancellation is not possible because many products available for instant download or sometimes processing of other type of orders starts immediately.

• I'M LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE. CAN YOU HELP?

If you're looking for a product that is not listed, please email us and we will try to source and if possible we will put the product for sale online and send you an email notification as soon as possible.

• I'M GETTING LOW PRICE FROM OTHER ONLINE STORE FOR THE  SAME PRODUCT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We constantly monitor the market and ensure that we are offering our customer the lowest possible prices. In the unlikely event that we are off the price then please inform us and we will try to match the lowest price or will give you a better deal.

• CAN I USE THE DOWNLOAD ACCEERATOR FOR DOWNLOADING THE BOUGHT PROGRAM / TRAINING FROM YOUR STORE?

Yes, you can use the download accelerator and resume the download within 24hrs but also remember once you click on the download button then IP is assigned to that file and till 24hrs you can't download the same file from different IP. If you face any problem then mail us and we will try to help you.

• CAN YOU SELL MY USED PROGRAM OR PRODUCT?

Sorry, we don't sell anyone else used/bought program / training and it is also not right for you if you don't have product owner permission in written
